I find myself checking this site every time I'm on the good old internet, that Bob Dole created ( ) anyhow, I've found growing is just as addicting to me as actually smoking. I dig checkin out my plants every day and seeing how well their doing and look forward to mixing nutes... Am I the only person who gets a high from just growing in itself.. How do you guys and gals feel about the subject? Not only has this new found hobby captivated my attention, but now I'm growing tomato's and what not in the back yard like a farmer. I think growing stuff is one of the coolest hobbies on the planet.

I agree with that, theres some really cool shit you can grow - way beyond tomatoes.

If I ever had the space and funds, I would set up multiple omega gardens to grow various veggies of my own. Imagine 10 of these puppies setup, 5 for cannabis, and then 5 different veggies / fruits. Keep a few slaughter cows around and you'd be self sufficient

I dont even smoke that much. Havent smoked for 4 days now. I started growing as a sort of therapy after my wife died. I would have to say I am addicted because I cant stop taking cuttings and starting new plants. Lately I have branched out and am growing some heirloom tomatoes, squash, peppers for the garden outside. Its very nourishing to your soul to grow things.

Fuck yeah man, growing is so addictive for me. I spend hours a day looking over the plants, breating on them, picking dead leaves etc, all while maybe tippin back a cold one. Total peace of mind

Botany, gardening, growing is great fun. I take great pleasure in cultivating all kinds of plants, but Cannabis has a special place in my heart. It's such an amazing plant, and it delivers something very precious.

I would never grow in an Omega garden though, just a personal preference. Gardening to me is about having a personal relationship with the plants. Touching them, smelling them and taking care of them in a general sense is all part of it. Sticking the cuts in a machine and push the go button takes the zen out of growing, IMO. Also, I have a hard time imagining growing Haze, or a large number of Sativa varieties in one of those things. So it's more or less a cashcropper instrument, a performant one I'm sure.

You know yesterday in harbor freight i saw this thing for tomatoes which hangs from a tree. Basically tomatoe plants grow upide down. I may go back and look again. I have some tomatoe seedlings I could try it with. I am curious about the stem strength from growing upside down. The soil is probably too hot for MJ but i do have a back porch which gives hours of full sun.. Anyone ever hear of this? The idea is the plant is off the ground so less pests.

Muddy, I have never understood why a rabbit's foot is supposed to be lucky. The bear is wiping his ass with a rabbit and the fucking rabbit has 4 lucky rabbit's feet. If the bear wipes his ass with a hunter, should we cut the hunter's feet off and attach them to a key chain for luck? Just something to think about while you are gardening.

When I'm having a bad day and go to sit with my plants it almost instantly calms me down.Gardening is a great hobby and I'm more addicted to that than smoking.
