Are you a bong-dipendent? i' am!

primarilly sorry for my english!

I'm italian and i'm a heavy smoker...
I smoke like 8 bongs a day from 3 years...
I' don't like very much this situation...
But is difficult for me isn't stoned all the time..
My life go good, girls ecc.. but this smoke make me ever bored and my asocial..
There's someone like me?

your english is pretty good tis! i understood what you were saying.

sounds like your whole life needs a change, not necessarily because it is bad right now, but because monotony (the same thing everyday) will wear on anyone (look at the japanese suicide rates). If you were to stop smoking you may gain a new perspective on who you are, where you've been, and where you're going. But be careful, if you start scapegoating things in your life for the reason you are upset you could make things worse (i'm speaking from experience on this one).

My advice?
-Get a Hobby
-Meditate / Find some good solitude to contemplate your exsistance
-Donate your time to a charitible cause (it will make you feel good)

I did all three at one point and they all worked to an extent. it all depends you and your personality (i guess...)

Yes i also smoke joints, but i preefer a lot smoke bongs primarilly cause i have a strange intollerance to tobacco, it can make me feel very bad!
bongs is better also cause you need less weed or hash and the buzz is stronger!!

my object is stop to smoke every day and use weed for the important time.
unfortunately for me smoke is an habit, is impossible think i can go to sleep without smoke...
Cannabis can make me calm, and keep far the problem, even if she doesn't resolve it!
Luckily I don't see many experience like mine, is better to smoke less, than to much!

Either ways, instead of quitting, please try picking up a trade. Do you like cars? IF so, then pick up a trade which has to do w/ cars- like car repair, etc. Or, do you like shrooms? You know...

By quitting, you are deliberately limiting your options. Instead of doing that, plz. try and EXPAND them. I know, boredom is a bitch. In life, don't shrink- expand. When you start feeling like the way you are right now, this is an indicator that you should start learning a new trade.

But either way, you should be a happy dude man!!!! Not too long back, Silvio Belrusconi was contemplating throwing pot SMOKERS on the same range as heroin SELLERS. Now that he was kicked out and you have a pretty decent enough leader, things should be improving for you guys out there, no?

dont smoke a bong before to help you think of something to do

might help with the bored/antisocial.


you should start smoking bongs with tobacco + hash unless its weed,
= much stronger kick

I agree with the above, find something that you enjoy, or something different to do while high if the everyday routine is getting old.

One reason I happen to smoke is the fact that when I'm high I guess bored alot less often. I also love smoking out of a bong, a prefered method would be pure hashish/kief/oil out of my 3 footer.

Hey, don´t worry buddy!

Most, if not all of us long term smokers have been there.

Smoking bigger amounts every day for a longer period of time can make you feel unmotivated, and even depressed.

And it can become quite disappointing too.- Ask yourself:

When was the last time I really felt high?

Do you also drink alcohol?

My advice, from personal experience, would be:

Stop smoking Cannabis for at least 3 weeks.

This may sound difficult, but you´ll be surprised how easy it actually is.

Sport is also very important, but do not exaggerate.

Take a walk in the fresh air for at least 1 hour,- every single day!

Go swimming for a few hours per week,- this is a very good exercise for the whole body and mind.

Take the time to really think about your life.

Who are you now, and who would you like to be?

What are your talents, and are you really making the best out of them now?

After a few weeks without any Cannabis, you will realize, that you wasted a lot of MJ, because you did not allways use it with the right intention, you will enjoy it much more, and your tolerance will be lower too.

I smoked Cannabis almost every single day for 10 years, and since a few weeks, I only do it once or twice a week.

Now I really take the time to enjoy the sacred herb and try to have the right set and setting.

It´s senseless and troublesome to smoke a bunch of weed knowing that you still have to do this and that and still have a few obligations for the day.

Less is more, believe me.

Just puffing, because you feel the need to puff is a waste of Cannabis, and on the long run could also have negative side effects.

when i need to stop smoking i chew on flavored Tooth picks. Yeah, sounds weird right? but it works pretty good. never completely stops me, but it help me cut down and it's better than cigarettes expecially since they make you feel bad. :]

chewing gum also helps me alot. get the kind that whitens your teeth :wave:

i love my bong too! i use it mostly everyday but breaks are a good thing every now and then. sometimes you can start taking it for granted and see it is a routine instead of a treat. gotta keep it enjoyable!
