Are we there yet? When to start flush?

Hello All,

I am 70+ days from seed into a Northern Lights x Big Bud Auto grow. The flowers are looking beautiful!

I want to flush my RDWC system with fresh water 5-7 days prior to harvest. I have had the feeling I should be close for the last 10 days. I am not sure how to tell if I am 5-7 days from harvest.

I overfilled my res yesterday while topping off. It dropped my TDS to 450PPM. I thought I may just leave it there for couple of days then flush. Then I got to thinking that I don't want to deprive them if they need nutes.

Add nutes now or not?
When to start flush?

Take a look at the pics and let me know what you think:

Just my take, but it looks like they can still go for 2 weeks flowering before you actually go on with the flushing (10 days is best than less).

And don't worry about starting your girls, it looks like they're well feed

hydro generally flushes very fast. i would wait until at least your hairs start turning. by then i would think any weight they would have packed on is done already and the lack of food wont hurt them. i am always iffy about when to flush as well but this round i went real light on the nutes in my coco and they are flushing on their own with my normal feed level towards the end. ive just begin to dial it down because they have about a week or so left.

Thank you Everyone for the assistance. Looks like I'll bump the nutes back up for a week or so then look at flushing.

I am growing in hydro (RDWC). The breeders info said 60-65 days seed to harvest. I am at 75 days. We may hit 90 before harvest.

Wait for the fans to start fading out to yellow, It will start at the bottom and work its way up to the top of the plant.
Its called sensceince its when the plant eats itself and ripens up.
The hairs will have died back and a few new ones will come out in a small second wave when you see these flush.
I have done this on my last three harvests and I've noticed a big improvement in weight, smoke and flavour, they dont take so long to cure either.
