Not sure what's going on but I noticed that my plants in the flower room have some damage on the leaves... I can tell that some kind of bugs have been munching on the leaves...

After a closer look, I noticed some very tiny thin whiteish in color bugs on some leaves...
There not causing much damage but now I'm seeing the same problem going on in the vegging area too...!!!...

I would like to get rid of the bugs on the plants in veg... I'm about to flower them

If the bugs you're seeing aren't white and flying when disturbed they are not white flies. I'm going to lean toward thrips from your brief description of the critter in question.

First thing is to identify the insect then treat it. Get a white piece of paper and some clear packing tape. Attach the packing tape to the paper so the sticky side is up. Hold the paper/tape under a branch and shake it vigorously. Look carefully. Take a clear picture if possible.

Here's a good link.
Thrip Control

If it is a thrip infestation then spinosad would be my choice of pesticide. First thing is to identify the insect
