Are these springtails?

Evening all,

I was doing routine cleaning of one of my veg cabs, and I noticed some small bugs crawling around inside of the cab. I'm thinking these are springtails but I was hoping someone could confirm this for me.

I'm thinking they're springtails because the population seemed to explode right after a watering. I tried to take some pictures, but the best I could get were half assed phone pictures.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I've never really seen springtails cause any damage to my plants before, but they're still a pain in the ass...

Time to find a way to get rid of these bastards.

let things dry up and remove any excess organic matter. They like damp environments.

I got these in hydro awhile back. Plants with them were slightly happier than the ones without.
