Scientific classificationSpider mites are members of the Acari (mite) family Tetranychidae, which includes about 1600 species. They generally live on the under sides of leaves of plants, where they may spin protective silk webs, and they can cause damage by puncturing the plant cells to feed.

also the other pic shows...

Dark-winged fungus gnat

They look like juvenile greenfly / aphid.

as Hazeseekers suggests  organic aphid spray designed for food crops would do the job. otherwise control by hand this late in.

They are NOT spider mites!

Hope this helps

yea, first pic there looks like it could be a mite, but ive never seen a mite eat a hole in the leaf, believe me i have experience in the mite war.

the other pics look like some type of gnat.

What you are decribing is a spider mite infestation. They eat down into the tissue of the leaf which looks like "specks" at first, then those specks turn yellow. The "whitish things" on the underside of your leaves are eggs. I don't know what other issues you may have, but generally other "bad" bugs are lurking, too. Spider mites don't have wings. If you don't get a handle on it, you'll begin to see the little webs forming just above the petiole where the fan leaves begin spread, then on to the top of the cola where it will engulf the whole top with webbing.
