are these "Real" strains? or the next "Piff"

I am the lucky recipient of 3 "West Coast" strains grown OD this summer.
#1 Bigfoot - smells like a skunk shit on a pile of shit. Not the greatest high, just crazy cough and resin mouth.
#2 Wheelchair - smells like blueberry headband. great expansive smoke, good high
#3 Wookie Foot - Tight red Indica buds, tastes like cinnamon and hash

After a quick research, I have found VERY little to nothing about each of them. Are these a locals' strain, a one-off, or cut only? - I am reaching out to my left- coast breathren, because there are a few seeds in these samples.
