Are theese lights to strong for clones?

Hi I have a veg cab which is about 100cmx60cmx80cm with 2 55w fluorescent lights, The Dulux L 55 Watt 865 w by osram. I was wondering if those lights would be to strong for clones or if I should just leave them in my living room or something, it is winter and they would be getting less than 12 hours of light.

Rooted clones should get normal vegetative lighting. Non rooted cuttings need very little light.

I would keep them under at least 18 hrs of light unless you want them to flower.

I usually keep my clones under doom and under fluorescent light (about 10 inches away from the doom) on 24 hours a day until they root.
Make sure you control your temperature though. They need around 85 to feel good.
After they root I transplant and switch them to 18/6
