are moose smarter than elk?

i was wondering, about this today....what do u guys think?

i've lived around both all my life, and i guess i think elk are smarter than moose in general.

moose are def goofier,

moose taste a bit better to me tho....

don't get me wrong tho...elk is good eatin'

I haven't been around elk much but I've spent extended time near moose. they are something else... about as unpredictable as you could be. Just don't get in between the little ones and the mothers.

One thing I do know... Grizzles are VERY intelligent.

Elk are smarter, but did you know cow elk have a set of ivory teeth? Two incisors are ivory.

We get the same moose for many years in a row. The one pictured is a mom and her three year old. Two years ago she, and her baby calf, ate an entire five foot plant in about ten minutes.
At times they will stay a couple days, I clear the shrubberies periodically every couple years and two year old shrubs make fine eating, better than marijuana for daily nourishment.

Without any Elk to compare my bias tends towards Moose.
