Are all available Bake-a-Round pyrex tubes the same size?

Looking at converting my current setup from Sunlight Supply Super Sun Air Cooled reflector. Do you guys know if all Bake-a-Round tubes were the same size? I have a 400W switchable right now and another burned out one that I'm going to put a 400W MH ballast kit into the housing so the built in timer can be used. Run either 800W mixed spectrum or 760W HPS with 400W HPS in switchable and 360W conversion in the 400W MH ballast. My problem is the outside of the conv bulb is like a MH bulb and I'm not sure if I can cool tube it. The ballast was free so I'm just trying to use it instead of laying out cash for HPS right now. None of the ones available on E-bay have the tube's dimensions listed and I'd like to pick up 3-4 of them. An added bonus would be more verticle room in my cab and more side lighting from the bulb(s). With 2 cool tubes I may be able to run both lamps year round
Any help would be appreciated.

Do you know offhand what part numbers etc will signify a Bake-a-Round large enough for a 400W HPS and possibly MH for the conv bulb?

not at all, check what the diameters of those bulbs are and try to find a tube bigger than that, there are tons on ebay

Yeah there are tons of them just don't want to have to order 6 to get 3 usable ones.

I understand your seeking. I too, am looking for a cool tube made from a Bake-a-round....I haven't found one the size for an MH bulb. Ive never seen a conversion bulb from hps to mh, so I couldn't tell you if the bulbs are the same size or slightly bigger.

Im sticking with you on this search and if I find something I'll be back to let you know.
I hope we find something, I'd rather not spend the larger $$$ for a commercial kool tube but it's pointing in that direction so far.

Don't buy the bake-a-round. You bulb will not fit. MDhydro has the best deals on cooltubes.

yea i ordered 2 and they were the wrong size.

Yeah Pontiac, needing 2 is the problem my luck I'll buy 6 and none will work, plus the HPS-MH conversion bulb is the same size bulb outside as the reg MH, i checked last night. $120 plus S&H isn't bad knowing I'll still be able to run conv bulbs in my MH ballast does any one know if they come with the socket? Good thing too is I have a 6" Fan and I have to run it damn near full blast due to the 4" fittings on my Super Sun hood.

As far as I know the Pyrex bake around tube only came in on size but I'm not sure, Try this link I am pretty sure they have something that will work for a MH.
