hello ... my device was hacked recently. The Tech tells me program was installed between BIOS and my operating system. My device has since been scrubbed.
While the mal program was installed I had difficulties using PM's here. For example they would not send, or I could not continue typing msge.
The other day I began to msge a member and a window kept coming up member unknown. Then Windows Application Error window showed saying 'unknown software exception'. I have attached a screenshot.
Just wondering if malware is installed here on my page?

PS: When I posted this msge it joined the queue at number 4 or 5 ... it did not head the queue.
