I live in oklahoma. I put 2 gorilla bomb seeds in the ground as a ungerminated in the ground 2 week in February... they seem to be doing fine, a little stunted maybe because of these last few cold snaps... one a little more stunted due to being damaged early in seedling stage... I have used natural rain water and have used maybe 2 liters of water for both plants... I did get some basic tomato fertilizer... anything from anybody as far as tips and advice especially with the pruning, and energy distribution...

You are in the right place. Most of the people here are very cool and will help out a fellow grower. Welcome to the University of IC Mag. Just search for the issue you are having or just reach out in the cannabis infirmary and you will get a solution. Have a great grow! Show us your October pics when you get there!

You need higher nitrogen like all purpose plant food I use miracle grow all purpose in veg I get too much nitrogen and not enough phosphorus after the plants get big so I mix in flower food from miracle grow you can use the tomato food to mix with the all purpose but you need all purpose with high nitrogen now

if they're doing fine, you're winning. One risk when growing out doors that early in the year is that the growth and flowering patterns are dependent of the duration of light they get every day. They normally try to flower when the duration of light is around 12 hours or less. Those 5 weeks or so of shorter light cycles that happened before the equinox on 3/19 could have affected the growth of the plants. Time will tell. You could always plant a couple of other seeds now to have as back ups in case the first ones don't perform.

other tips for OK:
1) as you know, extreme weather happens there, especially in the Spring: high wind, hail, torrential rain, etc. If you know a dangerous front is coming your way, try to provide some protection from the elements while the plants are still in the fairly fragile stage. Before the storm lets loose, you could stake down a bucket of the appropriate size over the plant to protect against hail, rain and wind damage.

2) the clay soil can be less than ideal in terms of nutrients, drainage, etc. look into amendments, such as worm castings, that can be applied to the soil surface or troweled into the top most layer to let nutrients seep in to the roots

3) probably doesn't need to be said but, if you aren't already legal, get a letter.

Good luck with your grow!
