Lots of folks on these boards use inverter mini splits. I use two myself, an Lg and a Mitsubishi.
The particular brand you linked is a generic Chinese made unit, cheap shit. Oh the compressors are quality, but that's the least likely part to go. It's the cheap electronics that will burn you in the end.
If you can at all afford it then I highly recommend you buy a name brand. Mitsubishi and Daikin, Fujitsu, Lg, etc...

PrivateAero just look under Mini-Split. Most systems these days are Splits with an inverter. Very energy efficient. 24,000 BTU Split Ac system can handle 6-8Kw with open hoods or bulbs... Try that with a portable or wall shaker, I don't think its going to happen.... Ive installed my own before its not that hard but does require its own set of tools.
