anyone talked to bghydro lately?

i am having problems getting a reply to an email question from bghydro.com.

in the past they have been very responsive, but i have waited over a week and i have sent second emails to every address on their website. so far the only reply has been an automated reply email.

anyone know what is going on?

they have a online chat, try that. i had great response from bghydro

I've found that telling BG Hydro you are going to dis them online really motivates them to take care of a problem.

problem? i have no problem.

i just sent them an email requesting pricing information regarding several of their products, to which they never responded.

they seem to have the problem if they cannot respond to multiple emails sent to multiple email address listed on their website as contacts, not to mention that these emails were sent over a period of two weeks. that is how you lose customers, even if your website says that you are in some kind of moving-to-a-new-location situation and therefore might be expected to be a bit busy.

regardless, i have secured an alternate supplier who resonded to my initial request for a price quotation within an hour. that is service. that is how you make and keep customers.

so if i ever had a problem regarding bghydro.com, it has been solved.

I'm kind of surprised you needed to e-mail them about prices since right next to the item your looking at has the price listed. Talk about lazy stoner moves. Dee dee dee

Seriously, everything that I wanted to find out I was able to get off of their site. I have recently ordered a bunch of stuff from them and their service and delivery was very good.
