here is one of the examples of what I would consider fine, unaffected. Is this why I should spray sulfur or something similar? Watering too often? I cut them off of other plants with a varying degree of success some look healed growing healthy others it continues to spread. Thank you

It could be guttation, which is a release or discharge of excess moisture when the plant has all it needs. The water exits through special pores called hydathodes.

Many things are listed as fungicides, plant therapy, organocide, greencure. Isopropyl alcohol and physan 20 I can see as sterilizing surfaces not sure about the entire plant systemic in other words. For these plants the timeline is rather late or developed, at a minimum in the future I may try mycostop and/or lime sulfur earlier in the growth cycle/season. Tanglefoot looks like it works well for sealing plant wounds, I have not tried bonsai specific grafting tape. The cut parts may be good candidates for attempting to root the top branches of the plants while keeping the lower 1/3-1/2 for flowering. Some plants have these spots even on low branches I would like to think closer to the main stem may have a better immune response or chance to heal still a bit nervous looking at.
