Dam I water every 3 days and less than a cup each but I'm pretty sure you're rite. Thanks

You really can't have plants that young/small on a schedule yet. I have clones about twice that size or bigger that have been rooted for several weeks in Solo cups. With nice damp soil they only used 1 1/2 -2 oz. in 4 or 5 days. Once the cup gets light and the soil on top is dry and will be pulling away from the side of the cup they are ready for water. But once roots are fully established they'll drink daily in that size cup.

So, yea looks like over-watered to me also.
