Anyone know if you need a Medical Marijuana ID/License to buy seeds in CA?

was wondering if anyone here knows if a MMJ ID is required to buy seeds in CA?

are there specific laws in CA that require an MMJ ID for seed sales?

Yes you need a 215 but this does not allow you to have them shipped in or even mailed from SD to SF..

Never thought about it but is a there a limit to how many seeds a 215 holder can have?
