Anyone know how to design a PTC thermistor circuit?

Actually, the thermistor doesn't need thermostat. That's what's cool about it. The resistor bank is designed to provide a constant temperature (in this case, 300F). I'm pretty sure all I need is a power circuit. Should be pretty simple for the right mind. LOL

If I don't hear anything soon, I'll make something up and run a few breadboard tests.

looking at the ebay picture, it's 110vac so you just hook the hot (black) wire to one side and the neutral (white) wire to the other side. You can ground (green wire) it to the chassis if you want to. You can add a switch on the hot side if you want to be able to turn it off and on without unplugging it.

reread your first post and see you're wanting to do multiple thermistors. they should be wired in parallel instead of in series.

Even so wouldn't I wouldn't I at least want a cap and maybe a voltage regulator. I often skip diodes in DC but I'm not sure just how important it is in AC.

I can't see just hooking it up direct. Somehow, that just doesn't seem right. LOL
