Anyone heard of a strain called Cabbage Patch?

Hello all. I live in Nevada County, Ca. I know a few Caregivers on the San Juan Ridge. One year I was helping to trim the Medicine for that year, and they brought in this awesome looking and smelling plant, it had a creamy sweet unique smell, the buds wer extremely big and bubbly, the coloring was strange too. The grower was very excited about this plant, and said it was a 'cabbage patch' plant. He said it was a rare strain that goes around up here. I'm not sure what he meant by that, he said he only sees one or two plants a year at best. He saves thie Medicine for himself, of course. And he refuses to give out any seeds. I guess he doesn't know until they're half way budded out. Clonning isn't easy at this stage, asone might relize and he probably wouldn't allow this, he doesn't mind a little in the Vegitive stage, but after a certain time he gets funny about it, I guess I would too. I don't know how else to explain it, you can even roll up and smoke the leaves because they are covered in crystals! I mean covered, even the bigger fan leaves have crystals. I would love to be able to replicate this. I may have to just try to do it at the end of the season, or as soon as, he identifies another one. This year is a ways off still, he is still expecting snow, as it is around 5000' elevation. Last year it was almost the end of May or beginning of June! We had a lot of snow and rain late last year. Everything about this plant was unique, I was able to beg a sample from him, long gone now, lol. Butm the high was very unique too, made me feel like I took a shot of Whiskey or Moonshine. Pretty crazy. I was able to think though. And the terrible pain went away for awhile, better than my Pain Meds! Let me know if anyone has a name to go with that description. Thanx, Peace, Love, and Pain Free. -Daviddare73
