As the title says. Blue OG from G13 Labs, genetics are Blueberry x Bluemoonshine x OG Kush.

Got these as a freebie and was wondering if it's any good.

Any information or pics would be welcome.

Thanks. :thank you:

Ive had 8 of them vegging under 1000 w of high blue for 16 days today and as soon as the rain stops, the 4" ers are going in the dirt.

Ive grown mountains of blue crosses but the blue was "blueberry". Blueberry crosses are very predictable both in behavior and appearance. Blueberry is big plant with stout purple strems that are rigid and lower growth reaches for the top. She always passes that trait on along with her fruitiness and usually some purpling. Bb crosses always finish faster and usually 55 days is the number. Most importantly, Bb always lets the momma show her stuff. Cross BB with widow and the buzz is pure widow. Cross it with skunk and the buzz is pure skunk. She just doesnt interfere with mammas goodies.

Blue mooonshine i dont know. It says it finishes early which is very consistent with BB crosses. It says it has a good yield which is also a trait of bb crosses, but the statement that it makes compact plants leaves the track alltogether.

Ive probably grown 20 blueberry crosses and they can jump to 8 - 10 feet in a heartbeat. Small and compact dont describe bb crsses at all so i"m puzzled ast to what the results will be.

Its my hope and alikely to be true that their description of "compact" applies only to indoor grows and so they have incorrectly assumed it would transfer to the outdoors. I hope it doesnt. Im looking for a fruity, og potent 8 footer. Screw "compact".

Good luck guys..

What's the 3 best blueberry crosses you have grown? i've grown blue hash and thats a nice smoke, Heavy stone. Im growing blue og at the moment and it seems to be compact with indica leaves. Very healthy.

While Dinafems blue hash has a good yield and finishes early outdoors, its probably the least potent blue cross ive grown. Plus it doesnt burn well. Even with cure its like burning a peice of cloth or something. Not my favorite/

Joey's sugurberry was one of the nicest but Joey seems to have disappeared. I hope he returns as some of his cuts and crosses werer truly top shelf

Bubble berry from sagmartha was in the past top quality, but i dont know about todays offereing. Timebomb from legend seeds has a pheno that is phenomenal.

bluewidow is a nice cross with good potency but the widow buzz dominates and im not a big fan of the widow high. Sort of mesmerizing and i like happy, giggly.

The very best cross ive grow is one i made myself and the one i keep a mother of today. I used a Sensi seeds Maple leaf indica for the mother. All plants in the pack are nice with a nice taste, ive grown a bunch of packs of it but 1 or 2 in every pack will be a true flavor experience. . Its easy to find a very peachy tasting/sweet plant. Its a fine strain, I dusted it with a DP blueberry male. Im no breeder but these 2 plants fit together very well and the result is a very potent, n arcotic, flavor bomb that produces some of the finest smoke ive had in 40 yrs of growning and smoking. Why a professionnal breeder hasnt made this a commercial cross is puzzling. 3/4 of th plants are similar. Outdoors they grow to about 8' and produce 1 1/4 lbs and finish by late sept.

Indoors, she produces about 450-500grms/m2 and finishes in 50 days. Both MLI and BB are happy, euphoric smokes and the cross is a true red eyed giggler. Sweet with a peach/berry flavor thats thick in your palet and makes you smak your lips after the toke.

hmmmm, hmmm. I gonna go burn a little beauty right now.

great info. just wonder if you have any insight on blue dream cuts, etc.
it is my goto and just want to know more about it next time I re-up
locally there is a "beyond blue dream" that is devastating. also a blue diamond that stands out but it surely isn't the indica dom one I see described online

yeah dinafem's blue hash is 12-16% thc. Apparently it's hard to find a good mother of DP blueberry, you must of got a good one then. Do you know the origins of maple leaf indica?

Got this as a freebie as. Not a lot of stretch with very dense rock hard buds. Not a lot of smell or flavor on this one but the high is decent. Just kind of a light sweet sent and taste.
