Anyone ever bring seeds back from Jamaica?

should be. Might want to keep them air tight and on your person. Not in luggage thats subject to customs search.
About 15 years ago, I was able to sneak back a ounce of some fine Jamaican herb. But I was shaking like mad when I went through customs. I don't think I will be trying that anytime soon.
I would say, seeds only, wrapped up as airtight as possible (drug doggies) and keep them on your person. Not in the luggage.

Just to be warned.. US customs tore my camcorder apart last time I came back from Nigril.. lucky for me I had no need to bring anything back 
still my camcorder never worked again

i can honestly say i could sneak seeds through any airport

Thats because hemp seed is legal in the UK - we can bring as many seeds into the country as we like (but germinate just 1 and you are the wrong side of the law !)
Into the US - i'm with baccus125 (hi baccus) - ship them to a 'safe address' - stay safe

A friend of mine brought back about 40 seeds from A-dam last year. He used some celaphane(sp.) wrappers and put the seeds in a compartment in his wallet. Nobody even checked the wallet and he got them home. But for peace of mind I would probably just mail them back and not have to worry about it.

Airlines let u bring food on the plane. So buy some trail mix and throw your beans in the bag of trail mix . you'll be fine. My last time coming back they didnt even check me and i was shocked

I dunno where your going on the island but I bet its one of the tourist towns
You really can't compare jamaica to holland... unless you know somebody, good weed is VERY hard to come by
not so hard if your staying in one of the smaller towns on the south coast or somewhere inland
but 99% of what you are offered and EVERYBODY will sell you ganja or knows someone nearby who will, is dirt weed
and although you could get an ounce for 30 bucks, its nasty, hay like, and HARSH
but some of it is still strong as hell so be careful
some strains of jamaican weed are way too strong
when I went to treasure beach, I split a small joint with 8 girls... I took a hit every time it came around (stupid, because I like to be a little less high than everybody else) so that was around 4 hits
I was stoned for 4 days! after the joint go around, we attempted to play cards.. a hand of rummy that lasted close to three hours.. we all just stared at our cards
anyway...
if you come across good weed, you are lucky
if you come across seeds you are very lucky, especially in a tourist town like ocho rios or mobay
is it really worth it?? I mean you can get great seeds where you live for 40 bucks or less but what happens if you get caught with the seeds in the airport?? I just don't have the nerve or the guts to smuggle
jamaican airport security is a breeze, but it gets much tougher in the states
when I came back from my month long stay at Jake's in Treasure beach
(btw you need to stay there, not in some tourist town, because Jake's is the closest thing to heaven on this planet)
I came back through atlanta and there were two dogs in the customs hall and when I had to go through security again they were VERY thorough and there's no way I could keep a straight face through all that if I had seeds
I counted my blessings and thanked Bob I wasn't foolish enough to try to smuggle anything
if you really want to I'd just as well send it through fedex
imo, its not worth it for a few seeds

Jamaica is soooooooooo much more than just ganja
if you smuggle one thing back to the states, smuggle the great memories of the friendly people, the sights, the music, and the jerk food
thats why you should go to jamaica
not for the rampant weed

put 'em in your sock or shomething like that, maybe the key pocket on you pants without any wrapper. I think that should be ok as long as your not sweating at the brow or have an OH SHIT look on your face it should be allright.
There's a post in the Adam forum where a guy says that seeds can't be seen thru wool..A nice sweater or gloves maybe!!
When I cam back from the HTCC there were no dogs insight..Man was I supprised!!! Just stamped the pastport,declared nothing picked up my bags and left..But Murphey's Law would of bit me in my ass had I brought anything back..A kennel of dogs would be there!!

If you get cought with seeds at US border minimum fine is 500 dollars as much as 10,000. IMHO its cheaper and safer to have them shipped.

i found some amazing herb in ocho rios. tons of seeds. when we were leaving the cruise ship i saw dogs. turns out they were only sniffing luggage. i flushed about 100 seeds. i kept six and just tossed them in my cargo pocket on my shorts. didnt see another dog or any kind of customs in miami. I coulda brought an ounce of that jamaican goodness, but i bitched out.

I had about 10 seeds that i had found in some good herb while in jamaica. It was gifted to us by some local growers and was the best we found while there. However, I decided to chuck them before i got to the airport because i lost my nerve.
On the way home though i EASILY could have brought them back. Even though i am quite a large guy with both arms sleaved with tattoos customs hardly noticed me. I figured i had enough seeds and fine gentics to mess with already so why risk it. I kick myself now though. Would have been a cool plant to keep around to play with.
I stayed in Treasure Beach also. This is definatly the way to experience jamaica. All of the local people are friendy and the area safe enough to walk around at night even! I met so many great people in treasure beach, cant wait to go back.

Should you decide to try the old smuggle-em-in-a-Bic-pen routine, make sure the seeds don't rattle and that the pen can still write somehow (cut the ink tube down or get a shorter one for a smaller pen). Pigs are, sadly, hip to this now.
If using int'l. courier, I've been told UPS is the way to go. Just make sure it can't come open on its own from rough handling or whatever and is odorproof.
