I've been interested in Mandala's Hashberry (come to think of it, I still need to send in my payment for them). I'm more of an experimental person and was thinking of using a Bubba Kush S1 male (I expect that hermaphroditic tendencies may occur due to selfing) I have that reeks in veg and has tight internodal spacing to cross with a Hashberry female just to see how the male performs and what traits it can bring into the cross.
The high and aroma description for the Hashberry got me wanting it bad. The medicinal properties seems like something I have a need for, I'm somewhat a nocturnal insomniac and need something for sleep/relaxation.

im just about to start some of mandalas hashberry in the next week or so...

i finished a grow of their speed queen a few months ago which went rather well... there a thread around somewhere im mandalas support forum with pics and all....

i hope my hashbrrys go as well as the speed queen did, because the SQ were such a joy to grow!!!

I love everything from Mandala that I have grown, which include the Hashberry, Satori, Safari Mix, and I have 4 Speed Queens about 2-3 weeks into flowering.

As far breeding goes, I have never made seeds, but I am preparing for my first cross. My plan is collect pollen from both Speed Queen and Hashberry, and then cross them with Rez's Sour Deisel IBL. I currently don't have the capability to keep mothers because of space, so I would really like to make some seeds with the SD IBL. So since Mike uses landraces in all of his crosses, I thought they might be a good match with the SD IBL.

I have a hashberry mother now, and will be eventually painting her with some c99 x blueberry pollen I have stored. Hashberrry was quite the crystal coated yeilder, and the c99 x bb taste-smell-high was phenominal..

Although the ppp I just grew out was quite potent as well, and may lend nicely to the hashberry.

All very nice replies guys thanks alot.. I am thinking of keeping a male around of the Speed Queen and make a cross of the hashberry with it.. so i won't have to buy seeds for a while..heck i may keep a male Hashberry plant instead..i haven't decided yet..but it's time to do some pollenation...i need some quality seeds... just don't have the money to keep buying seeds when i can breed my own..

i figure what better foundation to start with than mandala's products?

im hoping for a male among my 3 hashberries, if i get one, ill be making some hashberry-incross seeds for personal use, and will probably dust a bit onto whatever else is flowering at the time to see what i get, just a hap-hazard bit of fun

I won't be breeding most likely (though I like to always make a few f2s) but my next indoor run (probably Fall 2007) is going to consist of Sub's Jack the Ripper and Mandala's Hashberry. I've been wanting to try some Mandala gear for a while now.
