Any thumb rules on ventilation?

Are thee any thumb rules thats states how much air must ve ventilated during a sertain time? Like the complete grow volyme in x mins or something?

For example, I have a space on 2m³, how strong fan would be needed to have the best ventilation without overdoing it?

depends on how many lights you wanna put in there....i expect 2? than a 1000m3 will do the job.

Yeah, get a big fan then slow it down with a fan controller if needed. You can't have too much extraction.

The lights have rules on how much is needed for area so the ventilation should slo have some kind fo rule that the entire growspace should have replaced its air during x minutes. Any clue on how many minutes it is?

just let it run all the time with a controller , like medical shed says. that way you will be ok for sure....i dont know about how many air is replaced every minute......

Just found this
In the average grow room the air needs to be changed every 5 -10 minutes, but in a hot grow room (and most are) this needs to be every 3 minutes. To work out the size of fan you will need:

Measure the volume of the room (width x length x height)
Multiply by 20 (60 minutes divided by 3)

This will give you the M3/hr, check this with the following:

Up to 175 M3/hr = 100 mm Fan
Up to 225 M3/hr = 125 mm Fan
Up to 420 M3/hr = 150 mm Fan
Up to 750 M3/hr = 200 mm Fan
Up to 780 M3/hr = 250 mm Fan
Up to 1,300 M3/hr = 315 mm Fan

So, a room 2 meters wide, 1 meter long and 3 meters tall has a volume of 6 M3 (2 x 1 x 3 = 6). Multiply this by 20 and you get the M3/hr of 120, so a 100 mm fan would be sufficient.

But I'd still recommend getting slightly more than you need for those hot days in summer.
