any smokers been to panama recently??

going to the new breezes in panama next month and was wondering what the weed scene is. in 1973 i was stationed at ft davis in the canal zone. my first ever smoke was panama red. two months after i got there, new riders of the purple sage with band member jerry garcia released the song- panama red. anyhow i digress as old folk tend to do. i'm sure things have changed in 30+ yrs. any new updates would be appriciated.

Hey - My wife and I were there a year ago. I couldn't find anything at all. We don't speak spanish, so that was probably the biggest problem b/c NO ONE speaks english. It's gotta be there somewhere.

hey there stoner. thanks for stoppin by. the nice thing about staying at a big chain resort is that i usually just ask the bellboy and i've never had a problem. i have gotten lazy and spoiled by going to jamaica for vacation the last 10 or so years. where did you stay in panama or did you tour around?

We were only in Panama city for one night. My buddy has a condo about an hour and a half outside of Panama city, so that could have been part of the problem too. He doesn't partake, so he couldn't point me in the right direction.
