Any references to legal material re:2nd hand smoke

Wondering if anyone has any references for legal materials or C cases presenting "facts' about 2nd hand smoke.

I've not smoked for months,
But i am immersed in the ganjas universe deeply. from processing a few farms to being surrounded by 215 patients and attending numerous concerts/events revolved around the plant and it's supporters.

Was told I tested positive in a pee test
but It seems from the verbiage of the raiding probation compliance officers, then my po
that i came out diluted, not positive.
They seemed to really be pressing me to confess to smoking. ( I never volunteer info the law, I sit quietly untill pressed to answer and answer when forced to)

Po told me Id have to sit in her office for two days while it was filled with MJ smoke to test positive from 2nd hand...

I know that's NOT true, but I'd like some official references to attest to that, or even prove her

I know people that have had their kids tested and they were positive, and obviously (to me at least) they werent locked in a 10x12 room for two days while gassed with herb smoke

I'm curious on whats available more than anything:wtf:

I'm in the same situation...nearly exact same situation. I don't know much about second hand smoke,or the handling of material, but after this last outdoor harvest I was a bit worried after a week of handling buds. Well,I pissed clean....but I did drink about a liter of water before hand and was worried about it being to dilute for sample.

Had me wondering too

most people come away from a trim scene feeling lifted. Even with gloves. We have a common chant, "got a leaker" as in gloves because of the silliness that arises.
I feel it's because the frequency of the plant itself not so much a drug interaction.
but I really don't know
so THC is heat activated which would leave CBD and CBN to be absorbed in some sort or another. Dry trim creates trich dust for sure, but wet trim seems to be a bit neater but stickier.
Wonder if the enzyme that breaks down THC is the same as the other two psychoactive components? If I'm not mistaken the pee tests are looking for enzymatic by products instead/as well as the thc it self...

I was trim-master at the scenes this year which included pressure washing the unit several times daily, which was a mess, all over me etc...

None of this is really helpful to my case because I'm specifically told NO 215!
but I find it interesting and informative none the less
