I order 22 nanolux de 1000w with the RTU/DTU data transfer system. most working great so far, but for some reason, 5 of the ballast seem to be sending or recieving false signals to turn on which last about a second then the bulb turns back off, it veg so the light leak isnt the issue but the fact that it is runing my expensive ushio pro plus DE lamps is pissing me off.... that and the fact that i've been calling about this since tuesday leaving messages and emails and getting no reply from anyone. My grow shop cant get a hold of them either. If there is a nanolux rep on here send me a PM or call me back please. Anyone else running this ballast? I am running the latest cloud software NCCS 2.37.
