ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT STEM CANKER OUT THERE?

T

Teddybrae

The Search function states there are two inconclusive threads about Cannabis Stem Canker here. I have the Canker developing on a single branch of a Haze quite late in the grow. Does anyone know a cure for the disease to add to the knowledge base here?

It may have been slow nickle that said it.

After your grow split your stem at the base.
It will show rot from the based has moved up the stem.
If it is clean it started from a different source.

I believe rot at the very base of the stem was found to be due to damage/infection at the time of cloning.
I am not sure there is a cure.
But I am certainly no expert on this subject.

If it is not a clone, well never mind...LOL

It's not a clone, Mr Shaggy, but your reasoning holds true because it would be a way to work out whether or not the disease began in the roots, that is, from soil borne organisms. So thanks ...
