Jedi is Blueberry X Northern lights, or the other way around.

I just grew some out, 2 nice tight green phenos and one really nice purple pheno.
Tasty. Nice average stone.

Stretch...? Not to bad.
I wouldn't say theres much sativa in the jedi though.
Im gonna throw out a guess on this one but id say 45-60 somewhere in that range.
Mabie take a look at the finishing time on the BlunerryxNl from Dr.Atomic.

I was also told blueberry x NL5.. where'd you learn that, out of curiosity? only guy I saw with it ever was mr clean and he let it go 60 days iirc..

Thanks for the info guys. I tried searching for jedi but came up with a bunch of star wars references.

MarijuanaMesiah, did you grow it out from seed? I was told it was a new cutting going around town. Haven't smoked any so not sure of color, etc.

Just planted it so can't tell growth structure yet really, but the few leaves are pretty narrow which is why I was thinking sat dom. We'll see what happens as it grows.

The leaves are sativa-sharp, the smell is like fruity-pebbles the cereal and this is from the Rev. Michael from a TreatingYourself.com thread.
Jedi from a clone she has been around since 08-04
she is a 56 to 63 day flower a very nice yeild and fruity pebbles smell and very sativa head and face high with a strong crepping what am i high about 15 to 20 mins after puff.

I am growing two Jedi clones right now in flower, look indica dom to me. NL#5 x Blueberry sounds about right... ;-)

More pixs of Rev. Michael's Jedi...

Just had these laying around leroymmj.... :yummy:

This must be made with some "unusual" phenotype.
I've grown Peak Seeds "NothernBerry" with is also a NL#5 x BlueBerry and is very different in growth and structure. It grows and finishes fast while the Jedi is a slow grower.

The pic in my post is also one of the Rev. I have two of the same clones in 2 weeks of 12/12 right now and they are growing kinda slow compared to other strains right next to them. They look just like the ones in D9's post. Kinda indica, waxy leaves. I lent my camera to a friend months ago. I should've just taken a hammer to it right then & there. Save us both the trouble... ;-)

more Jedi info

more Jedi info

Howdy all- first time posting here...

I don't have firsthand experience growing Jedi, but a good friend of mine does and has been kind & trusting enough to show me his setup. I've been smoking his produce almost exclusively for a couple years now.

First, as for the plant's specs - while neither of us have any idea what the actual lineage is (his mamas started from donated clones), there's definitely Blueberry in there somewhere; you can taste it. It's also an asskicker - lightweights who smoke his shite get overwhelmed more often than not, including one amateur who accused me of lacing it with something (!). Potent is an understatement.

Second, it's a hardy bugger. He grew it side-by-side with WW and AK at one point, and the Jedi was the only one that never had any issues with mold or critters, and we live in a fairly cool/damp climate. In fact, if I recall right he had a mold outbreak that completely melted the AK plants and had started to do the same to the Widows, but the Jedi was totally unaffected.

One thing I don't know much about is the yield potential. The drying colas look good but they're not monster-big or anything... however, they're not narrow Sat. type buds either, and the leaf color is definitely more of a deep Indica green.

Another thing I don't know about is the strain's stability because he had other friends growing clones from the same generation of cuttings he'd started with whose harvests never came close to his - quality or yield-wise. He was using an organic ebb setup under either multiple 600's or 1000's (didn't ask). There have never been problems with herming that I know of as well.

Hope that helps some...

good post alpha. i have some in the box right now. you seem right on about the potency. i plucked a sample and was too stoned to play video games for a while. im 2 weeks away from flush and things are looking awesome. no problems what so ever. this is my easiest grow ever.
as far as yield potental goes, i have to say that it all depends on your growing technique/setup. my buddy and i are both growing the same cuts right now. this guys has 7 yrs more growing experience than me, however, my buds are 3 times a dense and big as his. i have a 1000watt hps in a small cab with a 2x4 tray. he has a 400 and a 600 and a 4x4 tray and some buckets not in a cab. my setup is very efficient compaired to not so efficient. regardless, i will take some pics to show the yield potential being pretty much maximized in my opinion.
oh yeah, my grade of the jedi: KILLER, get it.

Thanks SD! (You wouldn't happen to be a Sonic Youth fan, would ya?)

Jedi is definitely the Killer kgb... so much so that other varieties just don't do it for me for the most part. However, it's definitely Indica-heavy and total spaceout herb. And yet it's so maintenance free, at least for my bro's grow. Pretty friggin' ideal if you ask me.

On your small cab w/ 2x4 tray, what kind of ventilation are you using - like what flowrate is your fan rated for? Is your light ventilated in addition to the cabinet?

yeah alpha ive been killing my idols for 18 yrs now. haha. got my first sonic youth album at age 12.
anyway, i have a/c running through a dayton blower with a temp therometer for my intake. i have a eco plus 4inch inline pulling air thru my hood and into a carbon filter for my out. temps stay between 78 and 69 year round. actually in my part of the woods, it doesnt get really cold in winter so minimum temp would be 62 at night...sometimes. the box is insulated pretty well and its a produce machine!!
ill get some pics rollin of the jedi having a good ol time in it.

Jeebus - produce machine is right!!! Whoa. That's some excellent use of space, very much on par with what I plan on doing when I redo my setup. Last time around there was about 20 cubic feet of wasted space - not this time. I'm thinking that I could do a lot better than that w/ my 430w in a 4' cubed space... and if done right, ventilation will be easier to control too.

Can't wait to see more pics too. Thanks for the inspiration!

I have ben growing Jedi for over a year and it definately is a hard hitting Indica. In fact, I really don't like to smoke it as I feel as if a 500 lb. weight is on my body. Since I have had 7 small heart attacks, I don't like the feeling of weight on my chest. My daughter uses this variety for fibermyalgia pain and it is a very good med for insomnia.
