Any idea what this might be?

I'm growing Gorilla Glue #4 in soil under 1000w. I'm 6 weeks into veg and I found this on a large fan leaf. I removed it from the plant and took it out of the room. Last night, in the same area of the same plant, I found another one of these only a smaller leaf with a smaller whateveritis. Any idea;s on what I may have on my hands.

The glue is the only strain that I've ever grown in my room and I only grow clones from my own mother plant.

Any idea on what it might be? How it got into my room? And, how do I get rid of it....and keep it out?

It looks as though a drop of something landed on the surface of the top of the leaf and then ate a hole through the leaf. I will try to get better pictures this afternoon when I have more hands to help me. Thank you.

It's either a drop of water that caused light burn or bug damage.

The water magnifies the light and causes the light to burn completely through the leaf?

Yes especially under G watts. Just be graceful in the garden and you'll be good. The leaf looks great otherwise.

I was going to suggest the water spot as well.
Water/light won't burn a hole through the leaf but once it's necrotic & dry, the dry portion is easily freed from the live part.

That's bad juju ime. It invites mildew to take hold and thrive. Spray in the mornings while temps are rising & humidity dropping.

Lights should go out in the morning for most systems for that reason.

I meant the plants morning... Not necessarily the humans. I like to look at my plants so they're schedule is very similar to mine. (lights on during the day)

spray when the lights go out in bloom and there's a good chance for mold. When I spray and that isn't much, it is in the first hour of lights on...

EDIT: OH, sorry, if that's the only leaf, throw it away and keep an eye open for any others.

when they are in bloom, there is no spraying going on at all.
right now LED but going back to vertical bb, 1k, going to try MH thru entire grow.

In veg under HID is only 2-4 weeks and lesser lights (600w) i'll spray a couple time but its to make 'me' feel good more than anything scientific.

in full bloom weeks 4 thru 11-12, at night, run the dehuey as I dono, the air holds more RH for some reason and % goes up, too high,
back to not spraying at night (in bloom), is when mold is happier and does its shit..
