Any GWOT Afghani bring backs?

I spent a lot of time in Afghanistan and Iraq during my 20s- and only rarely had occasion to come across any cannabis, and never in the fall. I'm looking for seedlines from anywhere in the K/G i.e. Paktia. And especially from nuuristan and the kunar. I'm aware of alientech or whatever- bought want a pure line not a cross. Aware of peacekeeper kush from medman bought don't know enough of the provenance to buy it currently. Thanks for any guidance, pm is fine by me as well as any replies to the thread.

Pure line wise, chitral close by in Pakistan offers some pure lines to be obtained. I understand kunar is in northeast Afghanistan, chitral is fairly close.
Real seed company chitrali is a pure unworked cultivar. Look into them for sure.

Other affies available, but good luck finding from exactly where. These are fairly worked as well.
Sensi seeds maple leaf indica.
Deep chunk (can't remember breeder)
Seedsman has a affie plant
World of seeds does too, but unsure of purity
I know there is more, but off the top of my head can't remember.

There's some great stuff in that thread. I've got chitrali from a couple banks, as well as affi #1 or whatever from seedsman but this is more about where they are from and how they got back than it is about finding the dankest Afghani. I'm looking for something from "my old stomping ground" specifically- you might say.

Anyway- thanks for the reference I need to really dig through the whole Afghani thread- ivr neglected it because affi's aren't really my thing- but since I'm hunting something specific - I better read up... thanks dude

I've seen folks running Afghan in the Raw from ISP on a few forums. Suppose to be old Afghan genetics from before the Russian invasion. Most looked like a cross between a hash plant and a classic skunk. Does anyone here have them or have you run them ? Anyone make some F-2's of them ?

What is ISP? Don't know if I've heard of them
maple leaf indica from sensi talks about it being pre Russian invasion as well.

There's a handful of presoviet seedlines, deep chunk, yumbolt, etc. maple leaf as was mentioned here, etc

Trying to find a verifiable post 2001 seedline with ties to my personal areas of operation is proving more of a challenge.

I remember reading here on Icmag, that Maple leaf indica was crossed to skunk at some point, so its not pure, but anyways Its a nice strain to grow and smoke.

I was recently gifted some from Salang pass area. "jalalabad star" from ex situ genetics. From Russian war late 80s. Friends who've grown/smoked it say it's excellent NLD. I'd find them on Facebook for web addy. If not drop me a pm.

@thejact55 ISP = The Insane Seed Posse. They are underground breeders from the south. I've grown Seni's Maple Leaf Indica before, the smoke was heavy, real numb you to the core stuff, but had no legs. I'd smoke a bowl and literally an hour later it had completely worn off. It also didn't yield that much after I trimmed off all the fluff. It did smell, taste, and look pretty good. IDK maybe I just didn't get the better pheno's. They were too pricey at the time to buy another pack and run them again.
