Not really no, why are you wanting FEM beans? You can do an easy AF SOG from REG seed using 1 quart - 1/2 gallon grow bags until plants sex then, transplant into final pots.
FEM beans are very convenient to grow but are very difficult to produce in large quantity, thus the reason for high prices. Most of the private or small companies don't have the space to do such things or dont see the need.
Personally FEM beans are great if made correctly but really only for bud production, never would breed with them, unless making an S1 population of a crazy rare female or something.
