Any feedback on using DiPel BT?

I'm having caterpillar issues and was told/sold DiPel DF - Bacillus Thuringiensis. I was told it could be used up to day of harvest. Trying to do things as organic as I can. Any feedback, good/bad?

Yup works great, you may still see some live caterpillars afterwards but they stop feeding almost immediately!

Thanks. Was told to activate it first with some sugars, going to use honey, for 12ish hours in my AACT bucket. Apply in early evening. Sound like the right track?

Honey is a natural antibiotic, so you might just want to use regular sugar since you are trying to grow the BT bacteria.

^^^^yes. Or better yet use MO or Sucanat or Extra Dark Barley Malt powder. -granger
