Any experience growing Shiva Skunk?

A buddy grew Shiva Skunk when I was younger. It had a great taste and buzz. I don't know if this was because I was younger and new to the game.

Anyways I was thinking of running it but I would love a little feedback on this strain. I don't even know if Sensi seeds is still putting out the same quality?

I grew it for 15 years when it was still good. The version that Sensi has now is not the same. I'd pick something else from another company.

ran some in 2010 and one plant was the best plant I've ever seen before or since. Absoultely covered in crystals, dense and fat and finished in 7 weeks. Rich oily dankness. It has the most crystals of any plant I've seen.

whats the smell like on the shiva skunk? any real skunk smelling stinkers to be found? ANybody grow it recently?

Yep I got 10 beans in '11, and 5 females, flowered 2, both were almost identical. Very much the same plant I grew back in the day. Its flavor is heavy, hashy, skunky, a sweet note, and some dense ass smoke. Seems like it never stops coming out on the exhale. Potent, helluva yielder, and pretty quick at 9 weeks. I liked it plenty. Just ordered some Maple Leaf Indica and some more Shiva. I am not finding all these problems people talk about from Sensi.

I got an older cut of it from a friend whose been selling me the buds for years now, its a fast finisher, has a skunky sweet taste with an obvious earthy influence from the NL, we call her the bread and butter cuz we can pick up on it every time were shopping and I've not got tired of it yet. Next to the elites I usually smoke I actually miss the shiva more when it's not around. I'm too young to say but it feels like oldschool bud, all my older friends in their fortys and fifties loovvvveee the shiva

Ha. The first "dank" I ever smoked and still is the definitive Dutch canabis for me. Like 92 or 93. Then the blueberry was the thing. But those were some cool years. The Mexican brick suddenly started to suck and the uga indo scene emerged. Wish I could still find silver Pearl also. I have a silver pearl / flo cross that I've messed with for a few years now. Happily. With pleasure.

around 2000's shiva skunk and shiva shanti were the favorite smoke of me and my friends,but the last runs of sensi products were so bad that so we all are now using Ace seeds...but if it still the same shiva shanti than in the past (big big doubts on it...) it is a very valuable smoke imo
