hello guys, hope everythings good with you? will be getting set up again by the end of the month and will be running two 1m2 tents with 600hps in each one will have 'normal' plants and the other auto's, now my question being would i be better to run 9-12 in 6.5ltr pots or 9 in 11ltr pots (1.72gallons and 2.4 gallons), ill be growing roadrunner fems and sour60's while holding back a s60 male for seeds, any input greatly appreciated and i realise most of you guys seem to use quite large pots and these are tiny by your standards! peace

How deep are the pots? They have a taproot that shoots down very quickly and if it is interupted, growth will be stunted. I say get the deepest pots you can get and not fret over total soil volume.

I´ve grown Auto AK 47 and Dieselryder in 10l pots and it worked nicely. 6.7 sounds a bit small to me.

I usually grow in 1-2 gallon pots.. biggest i have ran was 3 gallons(with onyx).. IMO i wasted soil though using 3 so ill stick to 1 and 2 for awhile...

cool guys thanks, both pots are around the 10" mark height wise, i grew out a lowryder2 when my flower cab was in veg cycle after i mixed my harvest dates and yielded 30g's (dry) from the 6.5ltr pot, as for no.s i dont have my tent set up atm (staying in a non grower enviro) and just cant seem to visualize (sp) whether to do 9 or 12? im thinkin 9 tbh, depending on how bushy the s60's get?
