Any advice on Kelp Meal and Soil Mixtures

I’m thinking about using kelp meal along with blood and bone meal in my outdoor soil mixture.

I am starting with black soil from the local farm land of the area and adding perlite and sand for aeration. I would like to add earthworm castings, composted chicken manure, blood, bone, and kelp meal for nutrients. I will also add Schultz Moisture Plus™ Watering Crystals.

Does anyone have any suggestions on the amount of these ingredients I should use and how long I should let the soil sit before using it so its not to hot for the plants.
