Any advice? 3x3, mix of strains in coco, 2 x 600watts

Pictures later tonight

I am 3 weeks into flower with:

PLANTS AND POTS

3 x Masterkush (from Harbor, have heard negative comments about this cutting, validity of strain unknown, seems to be too tall to be legit)
2 in 1 Gallon Pots
1 in 2 Gallon Pot

2 x Puprle Kush (from Harbor)
1 in 1 Gallon Pot
1 in 2 Gallon Pot

1 x Hasplant (from Harbor)
1 Gallon Pot

3 x Hindu Skunk (from SR71)
2 in 1 Gallon Pots
1 in 2 Gallon Pot

4 x S15 (from other patient)
3 in 1 Gallon
1 in 2 Gallon Pot

SPACE
3 X 3

LIGHTS
2 X 600 WATT HPS, one digital one magnetic
--EACH LIGHT RUNS FOR 8 HOURS OF THE "DAY" WITH SOME OVERLAP BETWEEN THE TWO

AIR
12,000 BTU AC blowing into grow area
small fan bellow cannopy
6INCH can fan for exhaust
TEMPERATURE: 83-89 one light / 90-98 two lights
HUMIDITY: 30-35% (during day)

NUTRIENTS
Flora Nova Bloom (1.5tsp) + CarboBlast (1gram) + Ton O Bud + Calmag (1tsp)
PPM:1200
PH: 6.0
Feeding: By hand

MEDIUM
Cocochips at bottom .5" for drainage, pure coco on top

Questions:

Does anything look glaringly wrong with this set up? I have more than enough light, the high temps at times maybe causing wispy buds on the top most parts of the taller plants. Should I only run one light with no overlap? Should I just go all out and saturate them with 2 lights on and high temps? I need two lights because there is no spot in the middle of the room to hang a light. Only on the extreme front or back of the space. I want to run two lights (even if just one runs at a time) so that each part of the space gets light. The canopy is extremely uneven because of the variety of strains. With both running I can lower one to meet the needs of the smaller plants.

WAY too hot without additional Co2 IMO

And a 600 should be able t light up a 3'X3' area without any trouble...

I use 600HPS for 120cmX120cm and hang it about 25-40cm above the tops. (heat stress from scorching lamps will in many cases reduce your yeild/effort and power and sometimes even reduce total yeild potential aswell.

I can get 700 out of my 600HPS, or I can get 800 using 600 + 400. (Another rigging and aircooling might cange it all though)

So i got the heat down to about 77 degrees. I also added some purple max and gravity and final bloom to the other additives I was using. Harvest is coming up! pics are from 8.5weeks in flower

Nice colas bro. Have you tried running your lights at night to get the temps down? But if you've gotten them down to 77 w/ both lights on, then nevermind.

That A/C should be able to handle those lights no prob by itself. Your actually not really making good use of it by exhausting. Drop your exhaust fan, pick up some CO2 tabs or a tank, and seal that room up. If your still having temp probs, get your ballasts into another room, or build an insulated box for them to act as a buffer. But also remember, higher temps are preferable if you have CO2, at least up to 85F or so. I have read higher then that, but controlling hotspots tends to be a prob running temps that high.

Good luck

Thanks for the advice. I think for my next round I want to find a bigger space. The two lights seemed to have some benefit over one, but I think the yield would be much much higher with more space for more plants or bigger roots. If i change rooms I will probably wait on c02 until I have everything else dialed in. I did get the temps down to about 77 with both lights on. The biggest improvement in the garden seemed to happen when I got the temp right.

However, I still got some heat burn on the taller plants. Also, better pmm consistency, ph consistency and figuring out best use of additives could probably help a lot. Anyway, I have one small hashplant in there, it went for about 62 days instead of the 49 I think it is supposed to go for. I will water cure some and see how couch lock it is.

So I started cutting off alot of leaf today in prep for harvest. I found some white spots bellow the canopy on about 15 leaves within about 5 inches of each other Anyone know what they are?

Anyway, I should have kept things tidy at the lower levels of the garden, all the leaves bunched together may have created the perfect environment for mold?

That's powdery mildew brother. I get mini breakouts when watering too close to lights out, leaves too close to intakes/high constant wind, or too crowded as u said. An additional oscillating fan for the lower canopy, cleanliness, and some single strip high UV floros down below can help to prevent in the future...treatment is a different story....see the infirmary.

Yeah I would definitely be watching that. Looks like it might also just be dried up nutrient solution that has been splashed on the leaves? I would remove the affected leaves and keep a close eye on the plants - harvest if it can't be controlled.

In my experience it doesn't really get inside the buds. Just do a nice close trim and you will be fine.

I use a sulphur burner in veg and early flower to keep PM away. There are also some sprays that will help get rid of it. Keeping your humidity low also makes it much harder to grow.
