Anxious about Order.

This month I finally gathered some cojones after a lot of time thinking about it and sent in my first order ever to SB for some decent genetics after only growing seeds out of brickweed.

My order took only about 4 days to arrive at SB and its been 11 days since they sent my order and still nothing. I am a noob at this cause I hardly ever order anything abroad so I don't know if a 7 day window is supposed to be normal? Im like a child everyday waiting for the postman to arrive with my order only to no avail. Im getting anxious cause I have been dry for about 2 months and those seeds are my ticket to start a new growing cycle. I can always go back to seeds I have collected out of bags but the point of taking the plunge on established genetics was to kind of having knowledge of exactly what was in my garden instead of speculating. Anyone else had this sort of time disparities between arrivals of orders? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have received orders as fast as a week and as slow as a month.....Then I realized it would be four months before those seeds would even be ready for harvest.

It's all out of your hands now, just sit back and relax.

I would always practice germing techniques on bag seed while waiting, maybe try something I picked up here. You can go over your garden once more to make sure everything is set for "baby's" arrival.

But I understand the anxiety you're having. We've all been there.

international post is moving S-L-O-W at the moment so dont worry about it too much. im always optimistic until i get the customs letter, although thats never happened after probably 50 international packages (knock on wood).

jOSH dont ever B worried...they always arrive...ive orderd and received a buncha freebiez b4 with 100% accuracy. It will get there it might just take sum time...just sucks waiting....especially when its your first order

My RMS sour d left on the 13th and recieved it saturday on the east coast of the US. farther than that, add a couple of days. It will be there soon.

Damn nycdfan....sorry to here that bro but I have had orders take 3 weeks after the posted sent. I will cross my fingers for you. Not saying that will ease your mind but putting some hope in there for you would not hurt either.

im not worried at all...gypsy is very cool with me and has sent me stuff to many many different addys thru many years....so even if the worst case scenario happens i know he will make me happy.....but i also know im being prematurely anxious? right?lol

Thanks for the reply's all. You can imagine how giddy I am waiting for those beans to get them cracking. All I have been doing while waiting is just scouting around my land to pick up a nice sunny spot for my patch. I am planning on growing about 6 different strains all outdoors. Well here is the place I picked out in my land, it gets full sun exposure through out the day so im expecting my sativas to reach soaring heights here. Here is a pic I snapped earlier of the spot which the patch will go on.



I have no neighbors nearby and in all the time I have lived here I have never seen any helicopters fly by this valley so security is not even an issue. Only things that gets me a bit paranoid is that maybe some neighboor from the other side of the mountain with some binoculars catches a peek of the plants but other than that security is not a problem for me. I live in the Caribbean so you can imagine how those plants are going to be getting, when i get the proyect started I will be documenting it step by step in the adecuate sub forum in the growers section. Also in keeping with the spirit of Gypsy's mission I will be sharing ALL of my beans with a fellow grower on the Western side of the island who is going to be growing them in an indoor hydro system. Once the harvest's are complete we are planning on doing an activity with close friends to blind taste both harvest's to see how Indoor Hydro vs Outdoor Organic fare agaisnt unbiased people. I have $100 running on OO.

josh i dont mean to tell you what to do do..but buy enough of this fafard growing mix #2(http://www.fafard.com/pDet1.aspx?prodID=BGM2) ITS ACTUALLY PRETTY CMEMORY 18$ fir 3.8 cu. ft), dig some ditches and fill the ditches with soil(id dig the ditches deep it your gonna have some sativas going). Some soil might be good for water retention, Dolomite lime and blood n bone meal will keep them happy..but do try to germinate and grow them for the first 6 wks indoors(take clones and label them) and kae sure you pick yuour spots..reality is hidden for a reason...life is a beaufiul thing...

This is a huge bag and could filll a nice 4x5 foot area nicely i think if you added some dirt and more perlite...add lime(1tsp per gallon), blood & bone meal same quantities. ive been DYING to do an out door grow....cannabibble always says out door california buds KILL indoor buds...everytime!

Thanks for the advice, I will go ahead and take it and since you already recommended some good cheap mix will be ordering it soon. Will start digging the trenches in the next couple of days.
