Just wanted to share my experience with making CannaIced-Cream...
1 Cup Half and Half
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/8th MJ
Take a Double Boiler and heat the cream up, ( i managed to keep it at about 150-160 for a good half hour). I put the grinded up MJ in a teabag that had been restapled, ( but any old cheesecloth or nylon would do, and prolly be superior.),. All the while i slowly stirred the surface of the cream to keep a film from setting in. After about a half hour I raised the temps and brought it up to about 175-180. I then added two cups of sugar. Really couldn't get a proper simmer going so I put it over direct flame and brought to a slight simmer for about 2 mins.
I then removed from heat, added a dash of vanilla, 2 cups of milk and set in the fridge to bring down to a nice chilled temp.
From there the mix went into the ice cream machine, ( old fashioned, hand churned), and added about a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
After about a half hour of taking turns churning, the iced cream was good to go.
We split it between three people.
No one was dissapointed.
I would def recommend and do again.
