Ok so it is my understanding that to make a good tea you need to have this 4 elements...

1.- Bacteria source (guano, wc, compost, manure)
2.- Protein Source ( guano, wc, compost, manure, kelp, alfalfa meal, fish meal, canola meal, blood meal, shrimp meal. etc)
3.- Sugars (molasses, sugar)
4.- oxygen (airpump)

Ok.. so far so good but this is where everything gets wierd and maybe some ppl are going to say that im krazy but what the hell here it goes.... has any one here ever read the ingredientes on your pet food? most dogs and cat are made almost the same, the are made of many many diferent types of meals, like fish meal, bone meal, blood meal, canola meal, cottonseed meal, chicken meal, crab and shrimp meal, calcium carbonate, plus vitamins and minerals. so my question is what would happen if used as protein source in the tea my cat food? i think it might work but what ya guys think...........

And ppl please dont say im a dumb or anything before you read with your own eyes the ingredients of any animal food...... you will be amazed as i was........ if it works i think this might help many growers out there that have limited acces to resources like me.... peace

Not a bad thought, but it is so processed,,, it's hard to say what nutritional (plant) value is left.

it really depends on the foods protein source, my brand's 1st ingredient is 100% deboned chicken, meat of any kind means this mix will not be good for growing MJ.
Otherwise if you use a non meat type then yes it's full of good stuff, take for example some of the things we aet make great compost of plantfood.

dog food is expensive though and alfalfa meal and kelp meal and even blood and bone meal are cheap and more easily cocktailed with balance.

I have a hard to get people to use guano so pet food might take some convincing lol.

Great crazy idea, I love it.

I've read many times about adding cat food to your garden in the fall, and by sping your soil is ready for planting. I would try and stay away from chicken and or beef flavored...just to be safe.

Cheers,
SH
