Yikes...... fill the tub.........

NORTH KITSAP, Wash. - A 14-year-old boy upset that his mother threatened to send him to military school for skipping class turned her in Thursday for growing marijuana.

A Kitsap County deputy went to the residence in the 6400 block of NE Silver Springs Lane after the boy called 911 emergency dispatchers and said his mother was growing marijuana, reports said.

At the house, the boy told the deputy he was angry that his mother was trying to discipline him for skipping class and talking back, "and he decided to tell on his mother," the report said.

At first, the 34-year-old woman said she only smoked marijuana and declined to let the deputy search her house, then changed her mind.

In her closet, the deputy found 10 small marijuana plants. She told the deputy "it is tough to get her son to respect authority when he knows she breaks the law growing pot," the report said.

The woman was cooperative, the deputy wrote, and was not arrested.

she didnt get arrested? cmon, she got a notice to appear. you think they would find 10 plants and just say 'oh youre a good mom, dont worry about it' whatever! she will have her day in court- minus the stay in county jail preceded by an ass search...

edit- and she couldve told the cops to 'fuck off' but they would have written anything down on the police report to give them permission to enter. trust me, im finding that out the hard way. ill keep sayin it- hide it and hide it better then you just hid it.

This is what's wrong with kids these days. They know they hold more power over the parents than the parents hold over the kid. And kids are encouraged by the state (schools mainly) to snitch on people, even if it's their parents. And you can't lay a hand on your kids anymore or you go to jail. There's no room for discipline anymore....unless taking away the Wii for a night is "discipline".

Nah, its not that kids have more power than their parents its just parents these days don't discipline their kids. I ever mouthed off to my parents about skippin' school & my dad would of whooped my ass. And if I ever tried to snitch on him and I would be living six feet under the house if ya' know what I mean. I mouthed off once & learned my lesson, and they taught me a thing or two about respect, which most kids lack these days. I'm an adult & I'm out of the house but I still listen to my parents.

bitch ass kids these days don't know shit about hard work, respect, or snitchin'... its all about me, me, me these days... they feel like their automatically entitled to everything and think they don't gotta' listen...

Prob is, this happens all the time.

Buddys, ex girlfriends, etc. Piss someone off, and they'll drop a dime on ya.

I'm all for growing, but damn, a little discretion, eh...

Loose lips sink ships...

But that little bastard would get his, in a totally legal and parental kind of way...

There is no way I would have done that to my parents. If I had then I knew one day my Dad would get out of prison and would probabaly kill me. LOL What has happend to this young generation.

Makes me glad I dont have kids.

i agree with growtime more then this statement. like he said, if you whoop your kid then that kids knows at about age 6 that they can call the cops on you. its the world we live in, our government doesn't want us to discipline our children- THAT'S OUR GOVERNMENTS JOB REMEMBER?

sorry, im really pissed off right now. big brother has his hands down my asshole lately... :fsu:

Thats the point though. You can't do any of that anymore. Leave a bruise on a backside and you will be charged with assault. The days of "go get my belt" are long over. It's not that parents dont want to discipline (some are guilty yes) but more that parents CAN'T discipline without DSS and a detective showing up to "ask them some questions". Just more ways for gov't to justify getting bigger and watching you. Dont get me started on the child worship craze of the last 10 years. Bottom line, the kid that snitched on his mother had NO fear of his actions or respect for his mother because he knows he will get whatever he wants in the end with no repercussions. This is why kids are so fucked up these days. We are breeding sociopaths with no concern for anyone but themselves. And it's all sanctioned by the government intentionally.

you know if i was this kid i would have just taken some bud from mom and get high as fuck. now THATS how you piss off your mom when you want to. keeps it in house, your mom can still be a mom and deal with you, and you get high too. win/win/win.

I wish my parents had been weed growers. I can imagin all the crosses and different strains I could have played with over the years if I had learned to grow as a kid from my parents. Its a hobby I believe would have kept me out of trouble as a kid. LOL :headbange
