Hey boys i am off to amsterdam again to recharge my batteries!!!

I was wondering if anyone else was heading over at that time or if people that live there would like to hook up?

got popped a while back after my marriage broke down, and have spent the last little bit being depressed! So i decided i need a VACATION!!

I have been there a bunch of times so i know my way around really well. I just want some advice as to what shops you guys like now. (cool places to sit back and relax!, with friendly service and good bud or HASH!) I know what i liked before, but things are always changing since i have been there last! (3 years ago)
(ie what are the new best tasting strains in the dam now?)

a couple questions

I hear there is no more beers being sold in the shops.. Is there any shops that will let you bring your own beer in with you??

Is there any cool pubs that will let you have a joint?

can someone recommend pubs, coffeshops to meet 25-35 year old women? tourists, and/or locals? Just curious. But since i am single again W.t.f. LOL

Any locals on here that would be interested in letting me pop by their store, and saying hi... would be nice to chat with like minded people.

I'd check out the pink floyd on Haarlemerstraat. Nice food great service and lots of room to chill and a similar menu to dampkring and tweede kamer.

Straight after the PinkFloyd has closed you can go chill out around the corner and have a few beers and you can smoke whatever you have with you at The Doors bar not the coffeeshop... you can drink & smoke till at least 3.00..

oh yea TF, thanks for your chocolate stash!! you produced at the smokeOut at the PinkFloyd after the 420 event, you really sorted us out with some nice choc!!!

& you might wanna call in the seed boutique and whoever is in there will give you the best latest info whatever your after regarding getting a good smoke or seeds!!

so i always liked floyd's but is it better or worse now that it has new owners???

still looking for cool places to chill and meet a slightly older crowd (dutch, or english speaking women.)

I just want to relax and talk with cool like minded people (women, and men)

also what are this years MUST try strains and the best shop's to find them??

Check out the old coffee shop nes on nes street south of dam square. They no longer sell cannabis but are smoke friendly and they serve beer and spirits

Any locals out there or shop owners, that might be up for a visit, i would be more then happy to pop by and say hi!

Could some people out there investigate if it is ok to bring your own beer into a shop? (kinda lie bringing your own wine to a dinner)? just curious if any shops would be cool with it! ( would be more then happy to buy some product)

also i would like to know where a older crowd of cool people, and singles hang out... any cool pubs instead of dance clubs?

I am just asking because eve though i have been to the dam a few times, i want to meet more people this time as opposed to just walking around.

theres tons of bars u can still toke in ,nes,rookies,bulldog,ricks,doors etc ,
as for taking beer into a coffeshop ,i think thats a no-no
