How much tigere bloom do you folks use on your flowering plants,1 or 2 teaspoons per gal?I've always used just one, thinking about switching to two.

If you notice an increase in yield please let us know. I have been contemplating using something like that but have always felt they were just a waste of money. But lately I have been hearing people having good results so I’m thinking of trying it out. Good luck on your grow and I am eager to here your outcome.

I have always just followed the directions on the bottle. of course I vary dosage with the plant regimen however do not exceed amount recommended by foxfarm.
When I follow the directions on the bottle, the ppm's are right on.
Tiger Bloom tends to increase the ppm's quickly.

I use the tiger in combination with the other fox farm bloom fertilizer.

I recently read that if a plant gets more than just enough N during the second half of flowering, it thinks it might as well keep on growing, delaying harvest.

The FF schedule has TB (N=2) and Open Sesame (N=5) or GB (N=6) throughout the first half of flowering, but then with TB and Beastie Blooms (N=0) or Cha-Ching (N=0) during the second half.

If you're not going to use other ferts in addition to TB, perhaps think of reducing the amount during the second half of flowering and finding an inexpensive flowering fert with N=0 to amend it with.

I've never seen that chart before, very helpful. It seems 2 tsp is the magic number for grow big and tiger bloom.I've been using it for 3 or 4 years now using probably half that much.

2 tsp of Tiger Bloom will require some PH up adjustment, and they say every other watering, whereas if you use half strength evey watering, the ph runs right at about 6.0 and they like that a lot.

check you PH at 2 tsp. then apply - - otherwise they will fry.

I keep getting faults when I try to upload the pdf file??????

hmmmmmmmm!!!!!!

i seem to have no problem without the p.h. up adjestments. i check p.h. every time i water and never seen any need to adjust ...i follow the same scheduale for watering/fert. as the chart i posted with no probs.... and per fox farms directions you alternate weeks from fresh water to fert so it is little burst of fertz insted of a constant flow ......at least for a soil syestem hydro may differ .....i'm not discounting your results just stateing mine .....i wonder why it is different for you? maybe initial water p.h.?

Baaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! ROFL!!! ^^^^ supp bro ... yeah it's me!!!

... S R...

TB and pH ... ahh - just fed two days ago with 5ml TB/gal; added 5 ml pH down before before checking as I did with GB ... 5.0 - 5.5! Added a pinch of dolomite lime, maybe came up a notch. Always water with 1/2 gal plain R/O before feeding. Hope they're not burned. Runoff was 6.0.

cha chinng does have nitrogen in it..
NPK: 9-50-10
i have been wonderin if this formula is bad for the last weeks of flower..

All, so it does.

A lot of people don't feed at all the last week or two, seems some N would be needed during fattening up immediately prior. Just speculating.

My tap water is 7.0

1 tsp of Tiger Bloom drops it to 6.0
2 tsp drops it to crispy garden - I use 1 tsp twice as offten - (all the time in flower) (your results may vary)

I also use Guano tea and mychorizodial whatits and molassas and fish juice and beer and

Capt James have you been using dolomite lime in your mix?I used 2 taespoons of tiger bloomand it dropped my nute ph to around 5.5 but when I poured it through, the runoff read between 6.5 and 7.This was a full week ago and I see no adverse effects.I'm like you though, for years I've balanced my nutrient PH lime or no lime, especially with tiger bloom and 5-1-1 fish emulsion which is even worse than the tiger when it comes to dropping nute PH.I'm really beginning to think if you use dolomite, you need not worry about nutrient PH.This is the first grow where I havent balanced nute PH,and all seems really well.I think your runoff is the best way to test your soil PH.I have other ways to test it and it hasnt dropped a bit using the nute mixes without PH up.I'm not telling anyone to stop balancing your nute PH,but I am going to say what happens to my grow and so far its just great.

I have been using Foxfarms Ocean Forest with about 40 or 50% Pearlite - - yup 50-50 mix.

I have been using mostly foxfarms - Grow Big, Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom. My first use of tiger bloom was the recamended 2 tbs - and it fried 1/2 the garden - then I spent $100 o a ph tester and I won't use 2 tsp ever again when 1/2 strength is perfect - I'll just use it all the time instead of every other

Your tap water may get you different results; you probably have a higher alkaline content. - fact is, 2 tbs has and can cause problems - even foxfarms warns of low ph. Let's not even go into plant preferences -

Changes in the grow recently,, I've added dolomite lime and mycorazotial enzymes and molassass for the little critters - I haven't had time to evaluate the new changes and what else has changed.

I wouldn't wish the sight of golden crip garden on anyone - it was enough to nearly make me cry - even the memory makes me cranky...
