Alarm that informs me when the power is out?

Does anyone know of some sort of equipment that informs me (preferably via text or mail) mhen the power is out?

I qould really need a thing like that!

Check into the iris system at lowes... I even use there smart plugs as timers... also has smoke detector... sends text and can even call. only 10 buck a month. so far im happy with it
