AK48 day 66..Time to Harvest yet?

After 30 days veg and 66 days flower would it be smart to harvest the next couple days? I have also been flushing for two weeks now.

This cola is so heavy its starting to bend over..the stem is super thick too

IMO it`s too early for harvest, for me it looks like 10 to 14 days more - but you should look at the Trichomes /turning from clear to amber - and decide what you like more, buzzing up high or more couchlocking?

Nice Plants so far!

Definitely need more time. Looks like they got stressed at some point which most likely stunted development. 2 weeks more at least.

Use a lens and harvest when there are few clear trichomes left. I wouldn't want more than a few amber trichs. You could harvest a little now, then more later to see which you like better for future reference. Good luck. -granger

Those plants have a lot of fattening to do, I would let them go another two weeks.

I'm guessing those are from seed? The growers range they give on packs are rarely accurate, it's kinda of the industry standard to fib a little bit when it comes to flowering times. Clones can finish quicker, especially since you will have a better understanding of what they like.

Looks like you burned them a bit. Was that from heat or nutrients?

In any case you should have a good harvest soon, just be patient and I certainly wouldn't trim a test bud until next week.

yeah they were stressed for sure for multiple reasons. It was too hot for one(I have a plan to vent cool air from the window to the tent next go around), too tight a space without proper training resulted in browing leaves too. I left the garden completely for 10 days had to go out of town..came home to BONE dry soil and a singed top bud. Subsequent overfeeding to balance that out and generally dumping some water and ferts on them the few minutes I have after I get home and the lights went off. All things considered they should look worse..thanks guys

That plant still looks alive and healthy. It would be a shame to cut it down now.

Let it die naturally, your patience will be repaid ten fold.

I'm not cutting anything until I see some amber trichs on #1

light distribution is so out of wack the way I let things go. A couple buds on #1 have 100% red hairs sunken back into the calaxes showing almost complete maturity minus the amber trichs. other bud sites on #1 have a ways to go. I'm going to end up harvesting in parts. #2 as a whole has plenty of time left..I'm trying to be patient with these I know it will pay off

thanks man:ying:

I've been flushing for two weeks on the more developed plant. #2 is still getting light nutes..fox farms cha ching and tiger bloom cocktail the rest water till I flush in about 6-7 days. Sound like the right thing to do at this point?

Good call waiting to chop these. On those last few pics in particular they look like they have 3 weeks at least. Personally I'd still be feeding that one till she got closer to finishing. That first one is looking a little closer to finishing.

Yea, I would wait another 2-3 wks for the chop. I see too many white pistils and they will bulk up alot more and just ooze resin. Flush for a good 10-14 days. In this time you should see fan leaves yellowing meaning they're using up the remaining nutrients in the leaves before finishing. That is a good thing, let it happen. Shortly after that you can proceed to walk your lady to the chopping block and off with her head.. lol (so to speak)
