Due to some recent issues this report is long over due. And I apologize to "silly" for the delay. In respect and appreciation i told him i would do a smokey report in honor of his kind gift.
I am pleased to do a report on some mighty fine buds by a very cool member here at IC. I am currrently growing the ak48 myself and it was pretty cool to sample the smoke beforehand. Thanks Silly- I owe ya one!
Sorry no pics my camera wouldnt do sillys work any justice. But u can check in his gallery the ak's im doing the report on. Absolutely Stunning! I smoked each strain one day at a time so i could give a full analysis of the effects each one has.

Appearance:8/10 stars....When i opened up the bag the nuglets looked covered with red hairs. They were small,tight, tear drop shaped buds with a few of them having a foxtail type calyx at the tips. I noticed that they were trimmed and cured very well which gives the ak48 excellent bag appeal. The density was seemed just right; not too hard or soft. A very well cure job indeed. Upon closer inspection i am amazed, so many crystals, and throughout the bud were small vibrant purple calyxes intertwined with the green calyxes and the redhairs sort of made this bud look like some real eye-candy.
Smell: 6/10 .....not too overpowering but you could definatley smell through the bag. It has a lemon, piney type odor that get much stronger when breaking open the buds.
Taste/Smoke: 9/10 ....A very nice taste lingers in your mouth after smoking this herb. Upon first inhale i get a taste of soury,lime on my tongue, on exhale it taste like sweet lemons. This bud tickles my taste buds and is a quite addictive smoke. I can definatley see why silly calls it his "limon" pheno. Unique! The expelled smoke is a nice blue white color that is great on the lungs, i feel like i can hold in a huge hit and not cough. The bowl burned up completely to a white ash which tells me it has been flushed properly.
High: 8/10 .... I like to think this bud is remedic physically as well as mentally. It seems to relieve any mind-body stress ur feeling when u smoke it. The high hits in the head first and really stones u out, although it is not total couchlock feeling u get somewhat sedated from this herb and thats why i like it after a hard days work. It just hits the right spot and puts me back into my own little world. At time i have also found this strain to be thought provoking so i would imagine it to be good for deep meditation or spiritual enlightenment.
Conclusion: I am glad i bought this strain and i hope to find a pheno similar to "silly's". It seems like a nice plant to breed with because it posses many quality's im looking for in a smoke. I really am liking the bag appeal and smell of this one.
Next Up ***************Cromulan*******************
Appearance: 9/10 stars......The buds appeared to be either organic or just naturaly fluffy. They were a bright lime green color with hairs a lil darker than the ak's redhairs. The bud was so fluffy it reminded me of organic headies i used to get back in the day- it just looks potent. The buds were short and more round then tall(golfballs). You could see a nice haze of trichs covering the swollen calyxes even when not looking at them up close. The bag it was in is dusted white from the fresh crystals.
Smell: 8/10 ....The smell sticks to everything., bags, clothes, tongue. It has a tangy raspberry smell when u squeeze a bud. The scent is euphoric to the nostrils and will keep u smelling the bag over and over again.
Taste/Smoke: 8/10 ....The smell come through in the taste but quite a bit enhanced. Upon inhale it is expansive although smooth on exhale. A sweet, tart, raspberry taste is all i get when i smoke this bud, Some hits taste a lil more sharp on the freshness tart thing and some more berryish. It taste good throughout the entire bowl which keeps your mouth watering for another hit.
High: 9/10 ....I like to call this one breakfast bud. It wakes u right up into a cheerful, happy, social mood. I feel refreshed from the uplifting bake and the energetic rush i get from this herb. It seems like this strain brings out the best in me personality wise/ At times i feel inspired, creative, and ambitious while toking the chromulan.
Conclusion: This strain tickles my funny bone every time i smoke it. I like the high from this one the best. It has intrigued an interest in romluan for me, as im guessing thats where the taste and wonderful euphoric stone originate from. Great Job on this one "silly"
and finally: *****************Bogglegum***********************
Appearance: 10/10 stars....I this one a 10 hands down for bag appeal. The nugs were of delicious connesouier quality. This was a bit dense but had a perfect texture. U know the sound when u break a bud open and it just tears to perfect lil chunks- and does not flatten or stick to your fingers. Perfectly dried to a glimmering shine but not krispy and harsh dried at all. The green was lightish, not as green as the chrom but not as dark as the ak's. It had flambouyant orange hairs and even the hairs had crystal structure on them. The appearance of this bud would make anyman drool.
Smell: 7/10 ....Nice-n-fruity, sweet, kinda like orange bubble yum gum. My favorite tasting of the three strains reported here. Very similar to the bogglegum i grew before smell wise.
Taste/Smoke: 9/10 ....The first hit i took amazed me in many ways. It was familiar in smell because ive had this one before, but it was unique in taste because it had a yummy orange/peachy/tangerine citrus taste. One of the best ive smoked in my books. The girlfriend likes the taste of this one too, she says it reminds her of skittles.
The smoke was thick and expansive, i could not hold a huge hit in like the aks but it got me wrecked of just a couple tokes.
High: Potency wise this one is an 8/10 imho. I personally like a sativa dom high but the bogglegum one was top-notch. I like the fact that it only took a small amount to get me stoned. I was still functional at work and school and it seems to be a social high for an indica.
Conclusion: This strain has always been a winning ticket for me. It seems like "silly" got a lil better pheno than i did potency wise. But this strain has always blessed me with bountiful dense crops of extremely good tasting bud. Too bad i never saved a clone but i did make f2's. It seems like good know-how and great genetics make a powerful duo. And thanks man for gettin me stoned silly..lol....
