AK47 - Serious Seeds

[Lune TNS]

This is the result of my first grow. Cured for a little over a month. The smell is subtle, sort of musty and piney. The buds look nice, this pheno is the more indica leaning one, and the high reflects that. Out of the bong it tastes nice, not as strong as some other herb but it does taste very good. Mostly piney with undertones of coffee. The smoke is expansive, but not as much as some other phenos. The high hits you almost as soon as it leaves you lungs, starting in the forehead. Too big of a bonghit will give you a "holy shit I'm really high and I can't breath" moment.

Two thumbs up for the AK, it's good smoke.

I keep hearing very mixed things about Nirvana's ak-48. Hear some people that swear it has nothing to do with ak-47 and others say its a knock off. Does anybody out there know for sure? Fill me in.

There was a mix. This particular plant that I reported on in this thread was the mostly indica one. It's fanleaves have only 5 fingers, and they are fatter than those on other phenos. On the sativa phenos you will get 7 fingers or more and, yes, they will be thinner. I've yet to do a smoke report on the other phenos, sorry I'm getting lazy lol. I'd do one right now but I just smoked a good gram or so of godbud x dreamweaver so it might mess up the description a bit.

Bravo LuneTNS, you did a fine job on the AK47. Haveing grown AK over the years myself i know "exactly" what you mean by "The smoke is expansive". I couldnt agree with you more.

nirvanas ak-48 is just an f2 of another breeders ak-47, maybe serious seeds but i'm not really sure?

That ak was grown in a 50/50 mix of ocean forest and light warrior, and I also used pbp veg/bloom, liquid karma, and some hygrozyme.
