Airpots : Og Kush and Critical Mass

Here it is. My ladies have undergone a 2 month vegetative state under a 1000 watt and i have finally transplanted them into my grow room in 5 gallon airpots. they will veg for another wek or two and then i will flip to 12/12. The plants are for the most part, healthy. but did undergo a slight nute burn while in their 2 gallon buckets. In my ffof i mixed in 30 % perlite, 1 cup of dolomite lime per bag of ffof, and and 2 tbsp of a michrozial fungus. they snapped right out of wehatever was ailing them and have develpped lots of lush new growth in only 6 days. here are some pics of my ladies now.

yea the airpots are new and apparantly a five gallon is equal to 10 gallons root wise. we will see if the extra oxygen and root prunign helps my og out. and no the critical mass is a cutting. its the 56 day phenotype. I have grown the abusive once before in hydro and it finished in 8 weeks, i picked it in 9. I wonder how long it will take in soil?

it depends on how many you buy and who you know. i got mine for 6. 88 each, but at the hydro stoers its more like 12 dollars a piece. i jumped at the chance to get mine, as they are cheaper than a regular 10 gallon bucket for me.there was a guy who had a website but it has since been closed down; he told me he madde too much money using airpots to sell his trees to orhards.. he said he had a garuntee on his plants and sold thousnds over last year, and not one was returned due to loss during transplant.

one more thing, they come in a strip rather than a round shape, so theya re easy to transport and break down.

Very nice room Hash Man. I too am using Airpots of the 5 gallon variety (thought they're too big for our setup; we wish we had the 2.4 gallon model instead!). So far the AP's have worked exactly as we hoped they would; we love them.

hey all yea im just feeding them water now, as they were transplanted last week. i willl switch to floranova bloom and sweet for this round. i have never gotten a better yield out of another fetalizer, so its time to move back to the flora products. also, a great thing about the airpot, is you put it together, so you decide where to put the bottom of the pot. you can actually use a five gallon like a 4 gallon or even a 3 gallon, it will just be raised up high off the ground. byt the bucket itself. I have the five gallon buckets but used only 4 gallons of soil mix per bucket. these airpots are cool as they are versaitle....

whats up with this leaf curl . it looks like heat stres sor light bleaching. the 1000 watt hps is about 18 inches away from the top of the plants in question. the plants are growing so fast its hard to keep up with the lst and supercropping. also my plants look yellow under the light of the hps. i dont want to take a pic during nighttime as i dont want to disturb the plants. I did read an interesting article on co2 and potency in relation to how high the lights were hung, and it said if you are working with low normal co2 levels, the lights should be higher to facilitate co2 uptake. but if working with high co2 levels, the closer it gets to 1500 ppm, the closer the light can get. anyone have any thoughts.

raise light to 38" your problems will correct in ten days

they are reaised as high as i can get em hopefully more airflow, less reflection and the reaise will do the trick. thanks .

are you spraying your plants with anything? are all your plants showing this leaf deformity?
18" canopy with G watters that are aircooled should be no problem. plus co2.

these og kush and critical mass are between 20-35 inches and are all topped fimmmed or supercropped. i had to veg for so long because i got the genetics early. next time i will veg under more than just 1k.


and no im not spraying with anything other than a pyrethran bomb. and also they were hit with safer sulfer spray, but these issues cropped up well after the sulfer. i have mites on 2 plants that have been harder to get rid of, but for the most part they are all deceased. i have no pest stips too.

i have been wondering if it is a micronutrient issue as it is cropping up on the new growth of sme of my plants. and its not on all of them

ok here it is. the canopy is full. i fed wth floranova at 1/3 strength of lucas formula. i will feed nutes every watering. as time progresses i will add floraliscious bloom and eventually sweet.
