Air intake

My box is 36"h x 24"w x 16"d. I have 2 sunon 120mm fans. One fan is for the light chamber and the other is for the the grow area or scrubber.

My question is what size intake should i need? i am having temp problems. someone plz help!

a 4 inch fan should be fine.... something like this it will take care of odor and heat

just make it so if fits snugly with your fans....

so if you have 120mm fans i would cut a hole just bigger than the fans and try to air seal any leaks

I think Dhalmer means he's using the fans to exhaust, and wants to know how big to cut the passive inlets. If so they should be about twice the area of the fan.

If you are still having temp problems you can bypass the scrubber for the time being, depending on your stealth requirements and if the plants are smelly
