how many intake holes will I need for a 6inch cooltube?
I plan on drilling holes in the floor of the cab and having a drwas slide sitting above it will this still give adequate airflow?

One intake will be plenty.

If the cool tube is used for cab exhaust, you'll want two 6" intakes. The back wall would be better than the floor.

Should I count the the air between the veg and flowering room (3 - 2inch pvc intakes)


And cant have them in the wall because then I would have to light proof them and it takes up to much room so I though why not have them under the drawer slide and make the drawer slide 35mm smaller on all sides than the wall and have the air flow through that.

Can't help with the multi-chamber aspect but, if you provide some clearance between floor and shelf, so air can get in with minimal restriction, you should be OK.

thats what I mean hopefully the drawer slides themselves will raise the shelf just enough to allow airflow.
Or would I be better off drilling through the shelf and floor and light proof it with pvc underneath the cab?

The shelf needs to be several inches away from all walls and sufficiently raised or you've effectively built an air stop. The shelf and res can force a detour of intake but, if they block the air ... they're a gigantic plug.

I really don't know about multi chamber venting. Try Ventilation 101

Ideal would be vent the light and grow area separately, that way you can run "sealed" if you decide to ( co2 controller that alternates between exhaust when it is hot and fills up the cab with co2 when temps are in check )
