Buliding a grow room, 2 4x8 rooms on for veg and one for flowering,have never grown indoor before. What kind and how much ventilation do i need? thanks

you need to calculate your rooms volume and then use an extractor fan that allows you to exchange the air inthere around every 5 min. a carbon scrubber is also recommended if you have neighbours.
